 IMG_6629These breakfast bars from the new Everyday Cooking for Thermomix Families TM5 cookbook are so easy to put together and full of nutrients.

Made with brown rice, linseeds and chia seeds milled in your Thermomix. You just add apple, dried fruits of your choice, rolled oats, puffed rice, desiccated coconut, raw sugar, pepitas, eggs, honey and coconut oil and mix. Transfer the mix into a tray and bake in the oven and you’re done 🙂

They make the perfect on-the-go breakfast or a great snack on-the-run.
